MHR: Racing DNA
The fact that Malossi has been one of the big names in motorcycle and scooter tuning for years is largely due to its strong involvement in racing. The brand is so present in racing that there are even dedicated Malossi championships in which MHR exhausts are mandatory on race vehicles. Malossi offers a very extensive range of high-performance parts to increase the power of scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, and even maxi scooters.
A closer look at MHR exhausts quickly shows that each series has been developed for a very specific application. In our online shop, the MHR Replica is available for 50cc vehicles with sport cylinders. There is also the MHR 100 for 50cc vehicles with 100cc high-end kits, the well-known MHR Testa Rossa for the cylinders of the same name in racing scooters, as well as the well-known MHR Team 3, developed for 70cc high-end racing kits.
As with all products designed exclusively for track use, these exhausts use specific materials and manufacturing processes: thin sheet steel, shaped and hand-welded (usually untreated to reduce weight and optimize resonance), lightweight brackets made from cast aluminum, compact silencers with spring mounting… everything is designed for performance and best lap times.
