There are numerous cast iron cylinders for everyday use, both in 50cc and 70cc. The right tuning for your Booster / BW's scooter always includes a suitable exhaust that matches your cylinder and your style. When it comes to variators, the best-known brands offer performance-enhancing parts at fair prices, ideal for near-stock and tuned engines.
The intake is optimized with a big valve reed valve such as Stage6, combined with a 19 mm carburetor, which noticeably increases engine performance without driving up fuel consumption. For Booster fans who want maximum power, there is a complete range of aluminum racing cylinders from 50cc to 80cc. The 70cc kits from MXS Racing in particular deliver unsurpassed performance, combined with the right exhaust for maximum power. Robust 50cc aluminum cylinders such as Stage6 or the 80cc cylinder from Athena provide pure torque.
All cylinders should be used with reinforced crankshafts such as Stage6 HPC, Doppler Endurance or Malossi RHQ - three safe names for Booster tuning. A carburetor up to 30 mm with Powerjet provides the optimum air-fuel mixture for performance and cooling, while an internal rotor ignition - analog like Malossi MHR or digital like Stage6 or Bidalot Factory - replaces the original ignition and rounds off your engine tuning.
