The sport exhaust that makes the difference
The exhaust is the best-selling accessory in the 50cc sector. Very often, stock exhaust systems are replaced by performance exhausts that significantly improve engine performance. Yasuni, specialized in these components, offers sport exhausts for sporty everyday use with good performance and moderate noise levels. The Yasuni Z is the entry-level model in the sport range and was designed for very good performance in the low and mid-rev range. It is among the most efficient exhausts on the market for stock cylinders and 50cc sport cylinders. Its painted body consists of rolled and welded sheet steel and is complemented by an aluminum silencer. With the Yasuni Z, engine performance remains optimal while complying with regulations thanks to its homologation.
Yasuni continuously works on new solutions to develop the most efficient exhaust systems possible. Appearance is not neglected either, so various colors are offered for the silencer: polished aluminum, black, red, orange, blue, or purple. This allows the exhaust to be well-adapted to any design and color scheme.
Pro Tip
When installing a Yasuni Z instead of the original exhaust, some adjustments are useful:
- Carburetor: use larger main jets.
- Variator: use lighter weights and harder clutch springs.
The reason: firstly for reliability, as a jet that is too small increases the risk of a piston seizure, and secondly for performance and rideability. This exhaust works better in the mid and low rev range, but slightly weaker in the high range, which is why adjusting the tuning is beneficial.
