Kawasaki KX 85 - History
The KX85 came out in 2001; it is the successor of the Kawasaki KX80, with an increase in displacement to 85 cc, the maximum displacement allowed in most motocross competitions in this category.
In 2022, the design was changed again and was now based on its big sisters KX 250 and KX 450. You can distinguish it from its predecessor by the shape of the radiator shrouds. From this year on, the engine features some small improvements to further improve the overall performance of the motorbike.
This compact race bike is available in two versions, with small and large wheels, and is designed for kids between 1.30m and 1.65m.
It is easy to use and really powerful considering its rather low displacement.
It is not road-legal, but designed for recreational use / competition on closed circuits / motocross tracks.
