MBK Nitro 2T from 2003
The Yamaha Aerox, also known as the "Nitro" at MBK, is one of the best-selling scooters in Europe.
This scooter with its sporty appearance and relatively compact chassis has been sold since 1997. The first generation existed until 2013, when the design was modernized.
In 2018, MBK and Yamaha made a radical change: the Minarelli two-stroke engine was replaced by a more environmentally friendly four-stroke engine block.
There were some special editions, such as the F1 Assistance or the famous Nitro Naked, which was equipped with MTB handlebar ex works.

The Aerox is a modern scooter with automatic transmission (CVT) and auto-lube system. In terms of power, the Aerox delivers around 3 hp at 7000 rpm. The Aerox has won many users over the years thanks to its reliability and low maintenance costs. Thanks to the numerous engine parts offered by original equipment manufacturers, it is easy to increase the performance of the liquid-cooled Minarelli engine, as this type of engine is extremely widespread. Even inexperienced mechanics can achieve more power with inexpensive parts and a minimum of know-how.
