Aprilia SR 50cc Funmaster LC
Launching the third model generation from model year 2000 onwards (chassis type RL), the Italian manufacturer introduced the Aprilia SR 50 Funmaster. This version maintained the sporty, dynamic character of the SR range while featuring completely redesigned fairings with sharper lines and twin headlights.
Technically, the Funmaster marked a transition for Aprilia after moving away from Minarelli: initially, Aprilia / Morini carburetor engines were used, followed by the liquid-cooled Piaggio Hi-Per2 engine from 2003 onwards. Both versions featured disc brakes on both wheels as standard equipment.
