Andrea Pinasco was one of the first mechanics who successfully tried to improve the performance of classic Vespa scooters, and his company Pinasco consequently became one of the household names for Vespa tuning. Carburetors, cylinders, exhausts, crankshafts - everything to make your vintage Vespa run better and faster.
This Pinasco Ignition 'Flytech' Vespa 125cc (V30-33, VL1T, V1-15T) is an excellent alternative to the original part, for better throttle response and improved agility. The Flytech has a pre-set ignition curve. The flywheel introduces 2 performance-enhancing features: the magnets are protected by a reinforced steel ring, and placing the mass away from the axis means that the flywheel has greater rotational inertia without increasing weight, it weighs even less than the original. On top, the high-quality fanwheel (Nylon) with optimized fin design optimizes airflow, with 20% more air for efficient cooling. As you can see, Pinasco thought this through, and this state-of-the-art piece will definitely boost the efficiency and performance of your engine.
You can use a flywheel puller for original Piaggio.
Suitable for standard and sport setups.
Weight (flywheel): between 0.9kg and 1.4kg for small frame Vespa models, between 1.6kg and 1.8kg for large frame models.
