2Fast Engine Crankcase 70cc Passion Minarelli horizontal (Yamaha Aerox) - racing crankcase from 2Fast, renowned specialist for powerful high-end products and pioneer in 2-stroke tuning from Italy.

Like some other renowned brands, 2Fast is always in search of  more power  and better performance to satisfy racing and tuning fans; their Passion engine case is a real stroke of genius. Passion – this is clearly aimed at passionate tuners, it offers the perfect basis for even the most ambitious tuning projects, with the possibility to install and safely run extremely performance-enhancing components. Standard crankcases are not built for high-end tuning measures and extreme power, so 2Fast approached the issue and solved it.

The engine is made from a HQ aluminum cast alloy with state-of-the-art CNC technology used for the finishing. Various areas were redesigned, reinforced and enlarged (seats for reed valve, crankshaft and variator). The case can only be used with certain components, namely cylinders with flanged mount like the Malossi Testa Rossa and the 2Fast FL R and 2Fast crankshafts with 83mm crankwebs.

The Passion case is designed for Minarelli horizontal engines, clutch / variator and ignition are 100% compatible.

In addition to the robust, rigid structure, the Passion crankcase features several innovations, especially the elimination of the auto-lube system and the standard mechanical water pump, which, as you may know, drags down performance. It can be used with a disc brake or a drum brake on the rear wheel (not included). DIY tuners are given plenty of room for modifications to realize their own ideas.
