Crankshaft Naraku Racing HPC for CPI, Keeway, China 2-stroke E2 - high quality HPC crankshaft from Naraku. Produced according to OEM guidelines of Japanese vehicle manufacturers.
It is a HPC Racing full-circle crankshaft, which means that the pre-compression in the crankcase is increased, which in turn leads to much improved cylinder filling. The powerband shifts to the upper rpm range. The counterweights, typically used in full-circle models, are made of plastic and increase the overall weight only slightly compared to standard crankshafts. This means that the crankshaft can also be used with 50cc cylinders without any problems.
The crankshaft comes with a small end bearing.

How to change a crankshaft?
The crankshaft is one of the main components of the engine and is responsible for the smooth operation of motorcycle, scooter and moped, whether with two-stroke or four-stroke engine. The longevity of the engine depends not only on the proper condition of the crankshaft, but also on the fact that it is properly mounted.

How can I tell if my crankshaft is Damaged?
A broken crankshaft causes metallic noises, unusual vibrations, leaking oil seals and drastically reduces the performance of the two-wheeler. In any case, the vehicle must be stopped immediately to prevent the damage from getting worse.
Please note that whenever the crankshaft is changed and serviced, you'll have to install new crankshaft bearings.
