Crankshaft Voca Racing Yamaha DT 50
Crankshaft Voca HQ Racing with 43mm stroke / 85mm connecting rod for Yamaha DT50, full-circle racing crankshaft from Voca.
The crankshaft is completely CNC machined and comes with a silver small end bearing and CNC machined connecting rod with laser engraved logo.
The connecting rod can be used with both 12x17x16 mm bearing (for 12mm piston pins) and 14x17x17 mm bearing ( for 14mm piston pins) thanks to its optimized small end bore.
The crank webs are slightly enlarged (77mm instead of the original 75mm) to increase pre-compression, but without the need to machine the crankcase.
The aluminium counterbalance weights reduce the overall weight of the crankshaft, resulting in better performance. The crankshaft is extremely robust and can be used for high-end tuning projects, rated up to 16,000 rpm.

How to change a crankshaft?
The crankshaft is one of the main components of the engine and is responsible for the smooth operation of motorcycle, scooter and moped, whether with two-stroke or four-stroke engine. The longevity of the engine depends not only on the proper condition of the crankshaft, but also on the fact that it is properly mounted.

How can I tell if my crankshaft is Damaged?
A broken crankshaft causes metallic noises, unusual vibrations, leaking oil seals and drastically reduces the performance of the two-wheeler. In any case, the vehicle must be stopped immediately to prevent the damage from getting worse.
Please note that whenever the crankshaft is changed and serviced, you'll have to install new crankshaft bearings.
