Cylinder Malossi Sport 70cc yamaha Jog

The Malossi Sport for scooters with air-cooled horizontal Minarelli engine like Yamaha Jog / Neo's, Malaguti F10 / F12 is a 70cc cast iron cylinder designed for endurance racing but perfectly suited for everyday use thanks to its heat resistance and durability. Cast iron offers excellent wear resistance, and the 2-ring piston ensures a much longer lifespan than single-ring versions.

Torque and power are impressive, and with the right clutch setup, acceleration is simply great.

With the appropriate components (17.5 mm carburetor, performance exhaust), power output is approx. 7 - 9 hp. The wide powerband makes adjustment via CVT weights fairly easy. We recommend the Stage6 Pro Replica exhaust system and the Tecnigas Silent Pro or Yasuni Eco for riders who want to remain low-profile.
