For those of you who don’t want to go for a cylinder with bigger bore straight away, but nevertheless fancy a bit of extra power, this 65cc cylinder kit is well worth a look. It provides noticeably better thrust when starting from a standstill or when going uphill. An unobtrusive cylinder for daily use. Included in the kit are cylinder, piston, piston rings incl. oil control ring, piston pin, circlips and gasket set.

How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped

The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.

The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.
