Polini air filter Dual Density Piaggio 4-stroke

The double layer Polini air filter insert replaces the original filter. It ensures optimum engine performance and excellent air filtration.

Suitable for various 4-stroke models with Piaggio engines from 50cc to 125cc:

  • Aprilia Mojito 125, SR Motard 125
  • Derbi Boulevard 125, Variant Sport 125
  • Piaggio Fly 125, Typhoon 125, Zip 50 3V IGET
  • Vespa LX 50 & 125, Primavera & Sprint 50 3V IGET

Features Polini Double layer air filter insert

  • Made from flexible, cross-linked polyester polyurethane foam
  • Two-layer structure with different foam densities
  • Blue layer (60 PPI): Filters out fine particles
  • Black layer (30 PPI): takes care of coarse filtration
  • Corrugated outer surface for improved airflow and effective removal of up to 50% of coarse dust particles

A dirty air filter impairs engine performance, increases fuel consumption and can even cause your motorcycle, scooter or moped not to start at all.
Therefore, it is important to clean the air filter regularly with air filter cleaner or simply replace the filter so that the engine gets enough air again to run optimally.

How to replace the air filter foam insert

  • Remove the cover of the air filter box
  • Remove the filter, clean the air box thoroughly
  • Clean or replace the air filter element if it is too worn out
