Stage6 CNC modular clutch cover for Minarelli AM6
Stage6 customizing at its finest: 3-piece clutch cover consisting of:
- black base
- color-anodized cover
- transparent inspection window
The exclusive Stage6 clutch cover combines protection, design, and functionality in one innovative piece. Thanks to the three-piece construction, individual color designs are possible. Furthermore, the Stage6 cover allows for quick visual inspections and fast clutch changes making it ideal for riders who value performance and custom style.

You can install the clutch cover with the OEM water pump or the Stage6 high-flow water pump. Both are available in the same color range, so you can perfectly match the clutch cover and water pump or combine them for an individual mix-and-match look.
We also offer the transparent inspection window as a spare part. For tougher conditions, such as off-road use, an aluminum cover is also available to provide optimal protection for the clutch against stones and branches.
Note: To install this AM6 clutch cover, you have to remove the oil pump and converted to premix.

Note: Check the tightness of all window screws on a regular basis. To reduce maintenance and increase the long-term reliability of the assembly, the use of a retaining compound such as Loctite 648 on the screws of the inspection window is recommended.
Clutch cover
Function and advantages
The function of the clutch cover is simple: It closes the clutch case, which contains the oil required for the clutch and transmission, and allows quick access to the clutch, e.g. for inspection and maintenance purposes. For example, the clutch discs and springs can be easily replaced by removing the cover.
For 50cc motorcycles, there are tuning clutch cases with removable covers. On motocross bikes, removable covers are installed as standard equipment. However, the original cover can be replaced by an improved upgrade version, with high-quality coating, larger volume or better heat dissipation.
