Cylinder kit Malossi MHR Replica 50cc AM6
Very powerful yet suitable for everyday use cylinder made of aluminum with a high-strength chrome/Nicasil-coated bore. The advantages of aluminum cylinders are improves heat dissipation and as a result better cooling.
MHR Replica cylinder design
The MHR replica cylinder has an oval outlet which guarantees a lot of torque and therefore good acceleration. Thanks to the two additional boost ports, the cylinder also has plenty of power in the upper RPM range. The usable RPM range is therefore relatively wide, with a power output of between 9000 and 12000 rpm depending on the exhaust you pair it with. We recommend entry-level performance exhausts such as Stage6 Streetrace or similar.
Torque and power are really convincing, 9 - 12 hp are possible, provided you have the right setup.

Aluminium cylinders
Aluminium cylinders are more powerful than cast iron cylinders, but require more regular maintenance and must be combined with different components such as a reinforced crankshaft and a larger carburetor.
How to run in an aluminium cylinder?
Aluminium cylinders should be run in for about 200 kilometers , and you should use a fully synthetic engine oil.
Note: To ensure optimum performance and reliability, it is advisable to measure the squish clearance. Just have a look at our tutorial How to adjust squish clearance.
