Polini Sport 80cc Cylinder Minarelli AM6

The Polini SPORT 80cc kit for Minarelli AM6 is a strong cast iron cylinder, built for everyday use. It delivers punchy mid-range power, making it great for street setups.

Cast iron offers excellent heat resistance and durability, even under intense use. Alongside the "Due Plus", this 80cc Polini Sport cylinder is among the strongest cylinders in its class, thanks to its high torque. With the right setup (19–24 mm carb and sport exhaust), it delivers around 13–14 hp. We recommend exhausts like the Stage6 Streetrace. Power is boosted across the entire RPM range, especially low-end and mid-range pull - perfect for wheelie fans.

Note: 80cc = not road legal.

    Marche fort pour un fonte à monté avec une double radia sinon surchauffe même après 7 pre serrage la moto fessait encore des wheeling

    Excellent kit , très coupleux et très puissant . J'ai fait plus de 10000 km avec depuis que je l'ai et jamais de problème avec . Quand même faire attention à bien le roder car j'ai eu une amorce avec après 500 km vers les 8500 tours . Bref je l'ai monté sur une Yamaha tzr avec un carbu polini cp 21 , un vilebrequin Doppler renforcé, un pot doppler , un embrayage polini 5 disques et changer ma transmission pour avoir de l'allonge en 14/44 , avec un filtre à air stage 6 et je monte 130 km/h vers les 11500 tours. Je recommande .

    bon produit, ok c'est du polini!
    par contre attention au joint d'embase livré avec, il ne correspond ni au carter ni au cylindre donc commander un ou des bon joints qui va bien.
    attention aussi au jeu au piston, c'est plutôt serrer donc bon rodage oblige

    Bon kit ma compo sur la x-power le kit 80 avec un carbu 28 chez malossi, pipe D:28, clapet polini evo, vilo MHR 20.000t/m, pot yasuni R3, et une boite de vitesse chez bidalot racing je peux vous dire que ça marche fort très fort!!! Est encore il me manque l'allumage qui va arriver bientôt le petit allumage malossi

    Se kit développe pas mal. Comme les autre je le qualifierais de monstre tien réglé il est facile de tourner au de là de de 95 /100 il est filable , costaux , résistant a l'usure , tombe juste a niveau des transfert , SEUL DETAIL DOIT ETRE CALE ENTRE 1.5 EST 2.2 SA TROUNE AVEC UN ALLUMAGE D ORRIGINE MAIS NE DEVOILE TOUT SA PUISSANCE QU AVEC UN ALLUMAGE DE COMPETITION !!!

    ce kit est un des plus coupleux kit en fonte apré le 85 top perf. ses diagrame de 186 a l'échappement font de lui un kit monstre de couple mais manquant de pointe . assez resistant malgrés sa rapidité de monter en température.
