The Perfect 80 cc Gray Cast Iron Cylinder for Everyday Use

MotoForce Racing 80 cc cast iron cylinder kit Minarelli AM6 for 50cc motorbikes from Rieju, Beta, Sherco, Yamaha, Fantic etc. with AM6 engine.

If you want to replace your original cylinder with a more powerful and equally reliable model and not spend too much money on it, this Motoforce kit is a great choice.

The MotoForce Racing 80cc cylinder is made of cast iron and features 5 transfer ports, a simple exhaust port and comes with a 1-ring piston with 49 mm diameter and a high compression cylinder head.

In terms of power, the MotoForce Racing cylinder can give you 4 to 6 more horsepower than the original , but more importantly, it develops much higher torque. This improved torque allows for less demand on the high revs, which preserves the overall reliability and durability of the engine. And of course, you'll be able to pull off killer starts, promised!

To ensure performance and reliability, we recommend combining the cylinder kit with a carburetor of at least 21mm diameter, a reinforced clutch, a reinforced crankshaft and a racing exhaust like the Stage6 Streetrace.

Monter avec allumage mvt dd , carbu de 28 , pignon de 12 couronne de 53 , je prends 100 en fond de 6 , donc tourne un peu plus vite que l origine mais surtout plus puissant

Très bon kit 80cc
Ce kit est le premier que j’ai acheté, il a bcp de patate et il est très solide. Je l’ai depuis décembre j’ai à peu près 2000km avec et le piston n’a pas une trace. J’peux taper dedans faire des fond de 6 il n’a jamais de soucis.
Je conseille fortement pour commencer dans le tuning!

Ce kit est incassable bien monté c'est super pour du all days ça marche bien le bruit est pas excessif j'ai fait 30 voir 40 kilomètres de rodage Après en décente j'ai pris environ 130 rien à dire il tiens toujours Après des souillage de 2 min

Incroyable kit 80
J'ai ce kit depuis maintenant 4 mois, il a presque 1 000 bornes, tout les jours des fond de 6 pendant plus de 10min, INSERABLE, déjà sortit des grosses flammes cartouche et corps de pot rouge, INSERABLE, au bout de 700km piston et cylindre toujours comme neuf juste quelques traces de chauffe non senti au doigt, alors pour ce qui est des perfs, c'est un très très bon rapport qualité/prix, je dirais même le meilleurs pour un kit 80, je trouve qu'il est beaucoup trop sous-côtés, j'ai une config presque full Motoforce, carbu 28 Motoforce, pipe Motoforce, filtre Motoforce, Yasuni R1 Max, clapet Malossi VL6, vilo Doppler ER-1, tirage rapide motoforce et je prend 115 plat en 13x47, sa lève tout seul mais que en première, alors attention ma transmi tire long et ma moto est lourde (130kg parce que sportive, TZR), j'ai fumer un 80 Airsal carbu de 24, pot Yasuni, je reccomande ce kit pour débuter et pas cher il est vraiment incroyable pour du All Days.

Je m’en sert tous les jours c un kit un peut particulier il est en fonte en mono segment il a de la patate pour un petit kit 80 et très rigolo à prendre en main insérable (c’est du solide mon copains)
Ne vous attendez pas à un gros kit avec une accélération vole
