50cc aluminum cylinder Top Performances TPR Minarelli vertical.
This cylinder kit consists of the following parts:
- Cylinder with 40mm bore made of aluminum with 5 transfer ports and split exhaust
- 1-ring piston with 10 mm pin
- One-piece cylinder head
- Gasket set for assembly and squish
This cylinder kit fits Minarelli horizontal AC engines. It offers top performance and can be used for both competition and everyday use.
A homologated "Sport" exhaust is completely sufficient for the cylinder.

How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped
The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.
The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.

How to run in an aluminium cylinder?
Aluminium cylinders should be run in for about 200 kilometers , and you should use a fully synthetic engine oil.
