Exhaust Stage6 R/T 70 - 80cc Derbi, low mount exhaust from 2-stroke tuning expert Stage6 R/T, developed and built for tuned Derbi engines (Derbi Senda, Aprilia SX, Gilera SMT and many more) with 70cc - 80cc displacement.
It is a classic low mount racing exhaust made of carefully hand-welded 0.8mm thin sheet steel cones, with top quality black aluminium silencer; other colours are available.
As is usual with high-end systems, the exhaust has a so-called racing finish, which means the body is unpainted and untreated. Our tip: treat regularly with spray grease to prevent premature rusting.
Performance Stage6 R/T cylinder for Derbi
The exhaust is a new in-house development by Stage6 R/T. The goal was to top the current 70cc high-end exhausts, and after numerous tests on the test bench the obvious verdict is: Mission accomplished!
The exhaust assures maximum power throughout the entire rpm range and is specially designed for powerful cylinders with 70cc displacement. The focus is on maximum power at high to very high RPMs. This means the exhaust is the perfect complement for 70cc to 80cc racing and high-end racing cylinders such as Stage6 BigRacing 77, Malossi MHR Team or Metrakit Pro Race.
Extras and accessories Stage6 R/T exhaust
The exhaust comes with a standard flange with 30mm inner diameter / 34mm outer diameter, which is fixed with two screws. Also included is a 17mm reducer for the connecting pipe / stinger pipe to possibly get even more power out of the exhaust by using the Venturi effect.
A universal bracket kit with silentbloc buffer is also included.
ATTENTION: This is the actual exhaust, i.e. the expansion chamber, WITHOUT silencer! You can assemble your exhaust system individually by choosing the model that you like best and that will fit displacement from our matching Stage6 R/T muffler series.

Exhaust scooter, moped, motorcycle
The exhaust has a major influence on the performance of scooters and mopeds. By replacing the original with a tuning exhaust, you can improve the gas flow and increase the engine power.

- The headpipe or header is the connection between cylinder and exhaust, and an exhaust gasket provides the necessary seal. In street-legal systems, the headpipe is equipped with a legally required restriction. Some people remove this restrictor to increase power.
- The actual exhaust body or expansion chamber is connected to the header pipe. In a classic 2-stroke expansion chamber type exhaust, gas pressure waves are used to improve engine performance.
- At the end there us the silencer or muffler that discharges the exhaust gases and, with the help of damping wool, also reduces the noise generated by the vehicle.
Replacing the exhaust
For 2-stroke engines, various settings and components usually need to be adjusted when the original exhaust is replaced with a tuning version. These changes include:
- Adjusting the carburetor by replacing the main jet.
- Upgrading the clutch or replacing the clutch springs.
- For scooters, it may be necessary to reduce the weight of the variator weights.
Tuning Level: High End racing
We categorize our products into different performance levels Original, Sport, Racing and High End , so that our customers can choose the right parts for their setup. It is really important to combine parts that belong to the same tuning level, this is especially true for cylinders, crankshafts and exhausts.
High End Racing products are exclusively designed for racing and should only be handled by tuning pros with the appropriate technical know-how. High-end racing parts often require modifications or machining of certain elements to accommodate the often larger components (larger crank webs, larger intake, etc.). Whether you stick with 50cc or increase the displacement, high-end racing parts offer much higher performance than the original parts and are the most powerful tuning parts.
Note: To ensure the reliability of the engine, it is important that the parts are compatible and that you do regular maintenance on your two-wheeler.
