Yasuni R1 - Performance
Powerful sound and improved performance in the proven quality you can expect from Spanish exhaust manufacturer Yasuni.
This exhaust really shows its strengths in the mid to high RPM range, making it a great upgrade for 50cc OEM and entry-level tuning cylinders. It's ideal for everyday use and delivers noticeably more torque than the stock exhaust, no additional modifications needed.
Note: if the welded restrictor is removed, road approval is no longer valid!
To get the most out of the Yasuni R1, we recommend the use of a 19mm - 21mm carburetor. We also recommend the use of a reinforced clutch to prevent the clutch from slipping, especially when starting.

YASUNI R1
The popular Yasuni R1 exhaust needs no further introduction.
The Spanish brand was originally known in MotoGP, when two-strokes dominated the discipline, but has also built up an excellent reputation with high-quality exhausts for 50cc motorcycles, including the Yasuni R1.
PERFORMANCE YASUNI R1
The Yasuni R1 is a powerful and high-torque exhaust, especially in the medium RPM range, and it is mainly intended for original / OEM quality cylinders and 50cc to 70cc entry-level tuning cylinders.
To fully utilize the performance of the Yasuni R1, we recommend using a 19 - 21mm carburetor and a reinforced clutch to avoid slippage when starting the engine.
The more power and displacement, the higher the number of the Yasuni R exhaust should be selected: Yasuni R1, R2, R3, R4...
Exhaust scooter, moped, motorcycle
The exhaust has a major influence on the performance of scooters and mopeds. By replacing the original with a tuning exhaust, you can improve the gas flow and increase the engine power.
exhaust parts
- The headpipe or header is the connection between cylinder and exhaust, and an exhaust gasket provides the necessary seal. In street-legal systems, the headpipe is equipped with a legally required restriction. Some people remove this restrictor to increase power.
- The actual exhaust body or expansion chamber is connected to the header pipe. In a classic 2-stroke expansion chamber type exhaust, gas pressure waves are used to improve engine performance.
- At the end there us the silencer or muffler that discharges the exhaust gases and, with the help of damping wool, also reduces the noise generated by the vehicle.
Replacing the exhaust
As a general rule, please check if the exhausts fits BEFORE REMOVING THE RESTRICTOR, otherwise the exhaust cannot be returned.
For 2-stroke engines, various settings and components usually need to be adjusted when the original exhaust is replaced with a tuning version. These changes include:
- Adjusting the carburetor by replacing the main jet.
- Upgrading the clutch or replacing the clutch springs.
- For scooters, it may be necessary to reduce the weight of the variator weights.
Tuning Level: Sport
We categorize our products into different performance levels Original, Sport, Racing and High End , so that our customers can choose the right parts for their setup. It is really important to combine parts that belong to the same tuning level, this is especially true for cylinders, crankshafts and exhausts.
The products listed under Sport yield better performance than Original parts. They may have technical differences, such as the use of higher quality materials, a larger displacement or a performance-enhancing design. They are suitable for everyday use and have a long service life.
