Voca Racing Tuning gears AM6 V1
High-end gearbox from Voca Racing for Minarelli AM6 engines (Series 1 up to 2011). Designed for racing and tuning setups. Complete race gearbox for smoother shifting and optimized power transfer.
The gears are made from premium-grade steel with high tensile and fracture strength. This setup lets you fine-tune your transmission and power output. A shorter overall ratio (via larger gears) boosts acceleration noticeably.
Race gearboxes feature closer gear spacing to minimize RPM drops when shifting. This is key for high-performance engines with a narrow powerband. To achieve this, the first two gears are slightly longer, the last three shorter to keep the engine in its peak power at higher RPMs. The final drive can still be adjusted via sprocket ratio.
Warning: Not suitable for stock setups.

- 6th Gear: (25/22) 1:1
Note:
There are two AM6 versions:
V1: solid shaft, 6mm thread on sprocket side (small hole)
V2: hollow shaft, 8mm thread on sprocket side (large hole)
Check your output shaft before ordering.
Gearbox
A properly geared transmission is a crucial factor in the performance of a motorcycle. You can have the most powerful cylinder, the best exhaust and the greatest tuning parts on the market - if the transmission is not properly geared, too short or too long, you will never get the best performance out of it.
Gearbox Repairs
If you have the necessary know-how you can replace single gearbox parts or the complete gearbox, there is a huge range of options for 50cc motorbikes.
Always remember to maintain the gearbox by changing the oil regularly. You can use gear oil or 4-stroke engine oil (depending on the manufacturer's recommendation).

For 50cc motorcycles, there are complete racing gearboxes whose ratios are designed for tuned setups and where some relevant components are reinforced.
Note: If you can't or don't want to replace the original gearbox with a racing gearbox, you can also change the final ratio by using a different sized front sprocket and rear sprocket.
