Intake manifold Motoforce Racing 24mm / 35mm

Multi-part racing intake manifold, consisting of aluminum plate, 2 intake rubber boots and clamps for 12 - 30mm carburetors. Suitable for 50cc motorcycles with Derbi engine (Euro 2, Euro 3, Euro 4). This versatility in terms of carburetor diameters ensures full compatibility, providing a practical solution for tuning fans.

360° rotation for maximum flexibility

The two-piece intake manifold can be rotated 360° so that the carburetor can be mounted in any direction. This increased flexibility makes installation and adjustment easier, allowing you to customize your setup.

Two intake rubbers for versatile use

The scope of delivery includes 2 intake rubbers, one for 12mm - 21mm PHVA and PHBG carburetors, the other for 19mm - 30mm PWK or VHST carburetors. This 2-in-1 solution makes installation easy and guarantees optimum adaptation to different carburetor types.

Suitable for carburetors with 24mm connection

  • Dellorto 12-21mm type PHVA / PHBN / PHBG
  • Gurtner and Weber 12-16mm
  • TK and China 2-stroke 12-16mm

Suitable for carburetors with 35mm / 36mm connection

  • Keihin PWK 19-30mm (35mm connection)
  • Dellorto VHST 24-28mm (36mm connection)
  • Dellorto VHSH 30mm (36mm connection)
  • Dellorto PHBH 26-30mm (35mm connection)

    Note: The connection is measured on the carburetor. Rubber mounts are often slightly smaller, as the rubber expands during installation.

    Intake manifold for scooters, motorcycles, and mopeds

    The intake manifold is an essential part of the intake system, it directs the air-fuel mixture to the cylinder. Here are the main types of intake manifolds:

    Intake manifold with rubber flange

    Intake manifolds with flexible intake rubber are the most common type. Flexible materials such as rubber or silicone absors the vibrations of the engine. This flexibility reduces the risk of cracks or leaks. In addition, the flexible mounting makes it easy to adapt the intake manifold to different engine setups.

    Intake manifold with metal flange

    These rigid-mount intake manifolds are more commonly used on vintage scooters, classic motorcycles or old mopeds. The intake flange is usually made of metal, which provides greater strength and resistance to deformation. Rigidmetal flange assembly also ensures more precise alignment between intake manifold and carburetor.

    Swivel intake manifold

    Rotatable intake manifolds are commonly used on 50cc motorcycles. They offer greater flexibility in installation, allowing to align the carburetor to meet individual needs.

    Note: The diameter of the intake manifold must fit the intake manifold connection width of the carburetor!

    Pipe de mauvaise qualité. a chaque fois que l'on veut sorti le carburateur le manchon se démonte. Sur des clapets plastique , type malossi, les serrage et tres deliquat, il est difficile de ne pas voiler le support. N'esseyez meme pas de repercer pour l'adapter sur am6.

    Bref ça coute 29 euros pour rien. Il vaut mieu acheter une barikit ou mieu une polini.

    tres bonne pipe qui augmente sensiblement les perf mais qui garanti ( avec une bonne boite a clapet ouverte ,) un meilleur rendement du moteur.
