Top Performances offers a high-quality cast iron sport cylinder with the TPR 80cc for Derbi D50B0 (Euro 3 / Euro 4).

As expected from Top Performances, this kit meets all expectations. The TPR 80 is a robust cast iron cylinder with oval exhaust port for max torque and a split cylinder head for improved cooling. With the right setup — 19 to 24mm carb and a suitable race exhaust — 12 to 14 hp are realistic.

Its real strength lies in midrange torque and acceleration, though it still delivers in the upper powerband. A reinforced crankshaft is recommended for handling the added power.

Note: Models with Derbi Euro 4 engines use a slightly smaller temperature sensor (thread: M12 x 1.5) than the Euro 3 models (M14 x 1.5). To fit the smaller Euro 4 sensor to the cylinder head, you also need the MF96.91010 adapter.
