Polini SPORT 70cc cylinder kit, horizontal Minarelli LC (Yamaha Aerox / Malaguti F12 and other 50cc scooters), the cast iron version of the aluminum cylinder from Polini. One of the most popular sports cylinders on the market.
Performance Polini 70cc cast iron cylinder
The Sport is a high-torque, durable cast iron cylinder with 2-ring piston for everyday use, with good pull and acceleration, especially in the lower and medium RPM range. In terms of performance, it delivers around 9 hp with the appropriate set-up (17.5 mm carburetor and tuning exhaust). The cylinder can be used with the original carburetor.

ATTENTION: Please note that you need a connecting rod with 12 mm piston pin bearing.
TECH Tip:
- 300 km run-in (150 km with ½ throttle and 150 km with ¾ throttle).
- If you keep the oil pump, we recommend using Stage6 oil (due to its fluidity, the pump's distributor circuit will not become clogged).
