Stage6 Drive Belt PRO for Minarelli long (Yamaha / Mbk etc.) is a high-quality drive belt produced by Bando in Japan. Top quality materials ensure excellent grip and long life expectancy. The reinforced drive belt was developed for optimum transmission of engine power from variator to rear pulley.

Stage6 Sport Pro

The Sport Pro series from Stage6 consists of various CVT components. The variator, clutch, V-belt and complete kit are designed for sport and racing setups.

Stage6 has revised shapes and materials to improve the performance of the CVT compared to the original and to adapt it to the performance increase after installing a sport cylinder.

When to change the V-belt?

On scooters, the engine power is transmitted to the rear wheel via the V-belt or drive belt, which connects the CVT variator to the torque drive. As a rule, it should be replaced every 10,000 to 20,000 km. The belt slips when it is heavily worn. By the way, a new belt also slips and needs a short run-in period.

How to change the drive belt?

Replacing the V-belt is a relatively easy, you don't need advanced technical know-how. The first step is to remove the variator cover to get to the variator. You'll need a piston stopper and a blocking tool to remove the CVT and clutch bell. You can then remove the worn V-belt and replace it with the new one. When reassembling, make sure that the V-belt is properly seated and has the correct tension.

la meilleur
entre cette courroie et une bas de gamme acheté autre part, je prend 105 ave la stage 6 contre 90/95 avec l autre cochonnerie, sachant que je suis en 70 streetracce (au passage quand je lis sur des groupe 130/140 avec ce haut moteur.... lol) j'ai pris 115 2 ou 3 fois et de plus j'ai transmi top perf, vario mhr, vforce avec pwk 21, pot stage 6 pro mk2, clavette decalée, vilo motoforce racing, mes reglage sont gicleur 110 et 38 aiguille au milieu aveccc boitte a air origine prepa avec mousse stage 6, embrayage flycluch avec ressort noir et rouge en poussé, 3 galets de 3,2 et 3 de 4gr, je conseil d ailleur le compteur sigma car bien reglé il est fiable, eet j ai un koso pour la temp eet ajouté un ventilo derriere la radia monté en aspiration jee roule a 65 ou 70 en me fachant un peu, la ccconfig a 15 000 km (pas les segements) Hein

continué de nous develloppé des piéces comme a stage 6 mon nitro est noir et j aimerai me faire un kit deco stage 6 a la carte mais il y a pas beaucoup de blanc

Avec un moteur de 10 cv et un gros couple à bas régime, j'ai fait environ 5000 bornes. Meilleure courroie utilisée, je la recommande sans hésité.

Good belt for cheap
Superior quality and very good lifespan for belt this price. Im using it with pretty much stock 50cc unrestricted setup (i had naraku 70cc before with same belt and it performed really well) and can have a peace of mind because i know its not going to break easily. Very good build quality.
