Exhaust MXS GP90 Yamaha Aerox
Specially designed for the MXS Racing GP2 90cc cylinder: MXS GP90 MBK Nitro / Aerox exhaust system, the result of thousands of tests on the test bench to find the right volume and the right resonance length.
It goes without saying that the MXS GP90 MBK Nitro / Aerox exhaust system is a high-end exhaust.
The expansion chamber type exhaust, which is classically welded from thin sheet metal parts, is protected by clear lacquer and complemented by a high-quality aluminum rear silencer. Special attention was also paid to the fit so that the exhaust system fits 100% after installation.
Although the system is designed for the MXS GP2 90cc cylinder, it is also suitable for other engines. We recommend 86cc to 95cc cylinders.

Exhaust flange
The exhaust flange provides a stable, sealed and separable connection between the exhaust and the engine.
Function of the exhaust flange
Depending on the engine type, the exhaust flange is attached to the cylinder by means of bolts or by press-fitting. It is then fitted into the exhaust pipe and held in position by two exhaust springs, thus maintaining a certain flexibility. To ensure tightness, there is normally an exhaust gasket. Thus, the flange provides a secure and at the same time flexible connection between the cylinder and the exhaust.
And what is an exhaust restrictor?
Many 50cc scooters and motorcycles are factory equipped with an exhaust / manifold restrictor. This restriction reduces the diameter of the exhaust flange, which restricts the performance of the exhaust. This restriction was introduced to comply with noise emission regulations and to limit the speed of 50cc scooters and motorcycles.
Many riders remove this restriction to improve the performance of their two-wheeler. However, the gain in power then leads to the loss of the homologation, so beware!
Tuning Level: High End racing
We categorize our products into different performance levels Original, Sport, Racing and High End , so that our customers can choose the right parts for their setup. It is really important to combine parts that belong to the same tuning level, this is especially true for cylinders, crankshafts and exhausts.
High End Racing products are exclusively designed for racing and should only be handled by tuning pros with the appropriate technical know-how. High-end racing parts often require modifications or machining of certain elements to accommodate the often larger components (larger crank webs, larger intake, etc.). Whether you stick with 50cc or increase the displacement, high-end racing parts offer much higher performance than the original parts and are the most powerful tuning parts.
Note: To ensure the reliability of the engine, it is important that the parts are compatible and that you do regular maintenance on your two-wheeler.
