Description
Yasuni R-Pro performance exhaust with E-Pass Yamaha Aerox
Yasuni R-Pro scooter exhaust, upgrade for the popular Yasuni R scooter exhaust.
Yasuni R-Pro - the racing exhaust for the road
The Yasuni R-Pro exhaust offers uncompromising performance, but is street legal. It is ideal for use on 70cc entry-level tuning cylinders, but can also be used with 50cc cylinders. While the Yasuni Z is designed purely for 50cc cylinders, the Yasuni R and the R-Pro are intended for 70cc tuning cylinders.
With up to 12 hp and peak power performance between 10,000 and 12,000 rpm, the R-PRO delivers strong midrange performance, quick throttle response, excellent acceleration, and a noticeable boost in top speed.
Info Yasuni R-Pro scooter exhaust
To meet road-legal standards, the R-Pro comes with restrictors in the header and silencer. Once removed, the exhaust loses its street approval but unleashes its full potential.
Like high-end racing pipes, the silencer is spring-mounted to prevent any leakage.
The silencer is available in various colors so you can match it to your scooter’s look.
To get the best performance from this exhaust, you should pair it with a 17.5mm carburetor (minimum) and a tuning CVT.
Technical data Yasuni R-PRO:

Exhaust scooter, moped, motorcycle
The exhaust has a major influence on the performance of scooters and mopeds. By replacing the original with a tuning exhaust, you can improve the gas flow and increase the engine power.
exhaust parts
- The headpipe or header is the connection between cylinder and exhaust, and an exhaust gasket provides the necessary seal. In street-legal systems, the headpipe is equipped with a legally required restriction. Some people remove this restrictor to increase power.
- The actual exhaust body or expansion chamber is connected to the header pipe. In a classic 2-stroke expansion chamber type exhaust, gas pressure waves are used to improve engine performance.
- At the end there us the silencer or muffler that discharges the exhaust gases and, with the help of damping wool, also reduces the noise generated by the vehicle.
Replacing the exhaust
As a general rule, please check if the exhausts fits BEFORE REMOVING THE RESTRICTOR, otherwise the exhaust cannot be returned.
For 2-stroke engines, various settings and components usually need to be adjusted when the original exhaust is replaced with a tuning version. These changes include:
- Adjusting the carburetor by replacing the main jet.
- Upgrading the clutch or replacing the clutch springs.
- For scooters, it may be necessary to reduce the weight of the variator weights.
Tuning Level: Sport
We categorize our products into different performance levels Original, Sport, Racing and High End , so that our customers can choose the right parts for their setup. It is really important to combine parts that belong to the same tuning level, this is especially true for cylinders, crankshafts and exhausts.
The products listed under Sport yield better performance than Original parts. They may have technical differences, such as the use of higher quality materials, a larger displacement or a performance-enhancing design. They are suitable for everyday use and have a long service life.
