Stage6 MK2 oversize intake system, Minarelli vertical, high-quality intake kit with reed valve block and intake manifold (x2). Regardless of which carburetor you want to ride, with the Stage6 intake system for vertical Minarelli engines you are always suitably equipped!

The engine output of standard engines is throttled by reed valve blocks with a very small diameter, among other things. Big valve systems provide a remedy here and are highly recommended, especially for larger carburetors.

Stage6 oversize intake manifold and reed valve block

In contrast to products from other manufacturers that use their own reed valve blocks, the Stage6 Big Valve system is based on the new SportPro (NBR) reed valve block for horizontal Minarelli engines. This makes it possible to optimize performance by using different reed blocks, such as the Stage6 Vforce.

The kit includes two intake manifolds and Venturi inserts, which are adapted to the corresponding reed valve block. Stage6 thus enables the problem-free installation of all common carburetors on your engine. Furthermore, the aluminum intake manifold is equipped with a boost bottle/vacuum and oil connection.

Please note that due to the design-related size of the intake system, the plastic cover of the air cooling system should be machined.

All reed valve blocks for horizontal Minarelli engines can be installed in this kit.

Note: The connection width is measured on the carburetor. Rubber mounts are often slightly smaller, as the rubber expands during installation.
