Complete tuning kit with 86cc cast iron cylinder and 44mm long-stroke crankshaft for Derbi D50B0 engines. Includes all parts needed for installation. However, we recommend ordering a gasket set for the engine cases as well (MF10.20193).

Performance - 86cc Top Performances cast iron cylinder

The robust cast iron cylinder features a 50mm bore, 5 transfer ports, and an oval exhaust port. It comes with a single-ring piston and a high-compression cylinder head with a direct-flow combustion chamber.

Thanks to the longer stroke, the bore-to-stroke ratio improves, giving the engine a much smoother power curve compared to tuning cylinders with standard stroke. The result is strong torque throughout the rev range, without sacrificing peak power. Despite its performance, the cylinder remains highly durable, perfect for daily use. The modular cylinder head design ensures maximum cooling efficiency.

To fully unleash the 86cc potential, we recommend combining it with:

• Racing exhaust
• 24 - 28mm carburetor
• Reinforced clutch

With the right setup, output of around 20 hp is achievable. The cast iron cylinder guarantees maximum reliability and long service life, thanks to high-grade materials and precise manufacturing.
