Power 86cc Top Performances cast iron cylinder

The 86cc cylinder delivers a considerable increase in power with increased speed and excellent torque in the medium and high rev range. To make full use of the 86cc displacement, we recommend combining the cylinder with the following components:

• Racing exhaust
• 24mm carburetor
• Reinforced clutch

With the right tuning parts and settings, you can achieve around 19 hp. The cast iron cylinder offers maximum reliability and durability thanks to the use of resistant materials and careful manufacturing.

For assembly ,the passage for the connecting rod must be machined (see assembly instructions).

Timing: 192° / 132°.

Recommended squish clearance: between 0.9 and 1.1 mm
