Description

Variator Cover Polini Evolution Minarelli

Polini Variator Cover "Evolution" with bearing for primary shaft. Designed for scooters with "long" Minarelli horizontal engine, such as Yamaha Aerox / MBK Nitro, Yamaha Neo's / MBK Ovetto etc.).

A key technical feature is the additional bearing for the clutch shaft. This bearing increases the stiffness of the primary drive shaft, improves shaft guidance, and ensures smooth, balanced rotation. The result is better power transfer from the variator to the transmission and a more stable overall drivetrain. The front section also includes a small removable cover with a filter to improve variator cooling.

The cover is supplied with the additional bearing, the small cover with air filter, and a dedicated nut for the primary shaft.

Although variator covers do not belong to the classic wear parts, they can be damaged and must be replaced. You can also replace the original cover with a stylish custom model.

Tuning CVT cover

Custom covers are available in different colours and designs, which of course won't improve performance. There are transmission covers with cutouts that provide better ventilation and cooling for tuned engines.
