Exhaust LeoVince Touring Piaggio NRG / Typhoon. With road approval.
The Touring exhaust from LeoVince comes very close to the original exhaust in terms of appearance and performance. The system is very quiet and yet performance enhancing in the low to mid rpm range. Ideal in combination with original cylinder or 50cc sport cylinder, can also be used with 70cc sport cylinder.
Modern look
The body is made of high quality carbon steel, finished with a heat resistant black paint that protects the exhaust against high temperatures as well as bad weather. The aluminum colored heat shield with matte finish is made of high temperature resistant nylon.
A set of CVT weights (x6) is included - 16x13mm / 5.5g.

With road homologation. In fact, the exhaust is even slightly quieter than the stock exhaust.

LeoVince Touring
The Leovince Touring is an OEM quality aftermarket exhaust for scooters with very efficient damping properties.
It is very quiet and looks low key; it replaces the original exhaust while providing a slight increase in performance. The Leovince Touring is very popular with fans of discreet tuning, as it can be used with a sports / entry-level tuning cylinder while remaining extremely quiet.
For certain vehicle models, Leovince even includes clutch springs and CVT weights to readjust the engine.

The exhaust has a major influence on the performance of scooters and mopeds. By replacing the original with a tuning exhaust, you can improve the gas flow and increase the engine power.

- The headpipe or header is the connection between cylinder and exhaust, and an exhaust gasket provides the necessary seal. In street-legal systems, the headpipe is equipped with a legally required restriction. Some people remove this restrictor to increase power.
- The actual exhaust body or expansion chamber is connected to the header pipe. In a classic 2-stroke expansion chamber type exhaust, gas pressure waves are used to improve engine performance.
- At the end there us the silencer or muffler that discharges the exhaust gases and, with the help of damping wool, also reduces the noise generated by the vehicle.
Replacing the exhaust
As a general rule, please check if the exhausts fits BEFORE REMOVING THE RESTRICTOR, otherwise the exhaust cannot be returned.
For 2-stroke engines, various settings and components usually need to be adjusted when the original exhaust is replaced with a tuning version. These changes include:
- Adjusting the carburetor by replacing the main jet.
- Upgrading the clutch or replacing the clutch springs.
- For scooters, it may be necessary to reduce the weight of the variator weights.
