Sport Pro 107 mm Clutch

The Stage6 Sport Pro clutch ensures better starts and optimized sprints. Technically, it is equipped with three particularly thick 107 mm clutch shoes to guarantee maximum durability.

Reinforced Peugeot Stage6 Pro Belt

For ideal power transmission, we have added a Stage6 Pro drive belt to the kit, which impresses with optimized grip and very high durability.

This Stage6 Sport Pro variator kit for Peugeot Speedfight / Ludix is specifically designed for daily use and is particularly suitable for stock engines as well as 50cc and 70cc sport cylinders.

For optimal tuning, we recommend ordering a Stage6 variator roller tuning kit in addition to this kit. This allows you to perfectly adapt the weight of the rollers to your riding style.

Technical tip: Lighter weights provide more acceleration, while heavier weights provide more top speed. The goal is to find the ideal compromise between the two.

Stage6 Sport Pro

The Sport Pro series from Stage6 consists of various CVT components. The variator, clutch, V-belt and complete kit are designed for sport and racing setups.

Stage6 has revised shapes and materials to improve the performance of the CVT compared to the original and to adapt it to the performance increase after installing a sport cylinder.

Scooter CVT Kit

The CVT system of a scooter includes a number of components responsible for transmitting engine power to the rear wheel.

Depending on the manufacturer, CVT kits may also include one or more contra springs or a clutch and clutch bell.

The different types of CVT kits

CVT kit original: these kits contain OEM quality CVT components, the CVT transmission can be reset to the original condition.
CVT kit Sport: Sport transmissions differ from OEM transmissons by a lighter variator, a modified angle and a special lining aimed at improving top speed as well as acceleration. In most cases the kits come with a reinforced belt.
CVT kit Overrange / Oversize: Oversize kits have the same improvements as the Sport variants, but are also characterized by larger dimensions and are used with a longer oversize V-belt. This configuration improves the performance of your scooter quite a bit.

To simplify the installation of a new CVT, we strongly recommend the use of appropriate tools, especially a piston stopper, which is very practical for the removal and installation of a CVT transmission.
