Stage6 Variator Sliders (x3) Sport Pro all versions, spare parts for Sport Pro CVT by Stage6.

Damaged or worn variator sliders are a definite no-go. These small plastic parts must always be in perfect condition, otherwise, your engine won’t perform at its full potential. Worn sliders can cause excessive play in the ramp plate, leading to vibrations that not only reduce performance but can even damage the engine. That’s why you should always replace these sliders during maintenance or when installing new roller weights.

Stage6 Sport Pro

The Sport Pro series from Stage6 consists of various CVT components. The variator, clutch, V-belt and complete kit are designed for sport and racing setups.

Stage6 has revised shapes and materials to improve the performance of the CVT compared to the original and to adapt it to the performance increase after installing a sport cylinder.

CVT sliders

CVT slide pieces / sliders are small plastic parts that sit on the edge of the ramp plate (the part behind the front pulley that is driven by the crankshaft) and ensure that it glides in the moving sheave of the CVT (the part with the roller weights).

The small plastic sliders are classic wear parts that need to be replaced from time to time, just like V-belts or CVT weights.
