Top upgrade for your clutch as a complete kit: Clutch Kit with bell Stage6 Torque Control MK2 Piaggio / Peugeot.

Racing clutch with Stage6 Torque Control MK 2 clutch, R/T CNC clutch bell and matching hard clutch springs. Clutch, bell and springs match perfectly, the ideal kit for performance-enhanced / racing setups.

The Torque Control MK 2 is the improved version of the very successful Stage6 Torque Control clutch, with reinforced backplate, enlarged linings and slightly heavier clutch shoes. The clutch comes with additional weights that can be inserted quickly and easily. The patented system with the springs located at the front offers full and stepless adjustment of clutch engagement without having to remove the clutch or bell. Each spring can be precisely adjusted using the scaling on the adjusting screws for continuously adjustable spring preload. The eight slip-in weights on the back of the clutch shoes provide a wide range of adjustment for the desired clutch engagement. The design makes optimum use of engine torque.

The Stage6 R/T CNC -Type 433g clutch bell is arguably one of the best clutch bells on the market. The bell is manufactured in one piece using CNC technology, not pressed like most bells, in terms of precision this bell is hard to top. The cooling fins are screwed in instead of just shrunk on as with conventional bells. 2 holes in the cooling ring allow for clutch adjustment without having to dismantle the bell. There are also 2 indentations for a clutch holding tool to lock into which makes mounting and dismounting the bell really easy.

Included is 1x additional set of hard clutch springs (red) for the Torque Control clutch. The springs are available separately, so you can order springs in a different hardness. Red - hard, for racing and high-end setups.

Stage6 Torque Control

Torque Control is all about controlling torque and the transmission of power to the wheel. The Torque Control range from Stage6 consists of high-end clutches and clutch parts for 50cc scooters.

The Stage6 Torque Control clutch is a reinforced and adjustable racing clutch. The Torque Control is available separately and as a complete kit, also all spare parts can be purchased to service / repair the clutch or to readjust the clutch:

Clutch kit

The proper functioning of the clutch is essential for the smooth operation of scooters, mopeds and motorcycles.

A clutch kit usually consists of friction plates that are coated with sintered metal or aramid fibers, plain steel discs and clutch springs. The friction material of the clutch discs is designed for high loads due to heat and wear to ensure optimum adhesion at all times.

For lubrication of all clutch components, we recommend using 2-stroke gear oil or 4-stroke oil. The oils not only lubricate, but also dissipate the heat generated by friction and help reduce premature wear of the clutch plates.

Clutch kits for scooters usually include the actual clutch, clutch bell and clutch springs. The clutch bell works synergistically with the clutch to form a single unit.

Various special tools are available for mounting and dismounting a scooter clutch.

Possibilité de réglage infini avec les masses de garniture, les 3 types de ressorts plus ou moins dur et la possibilité d’appliquer un pré tension sur le ressort se qui permet d’affiner encore plus les réglages. (Monter sur Peugeot fox)
