For the complete renewal of your clutch, we have put together a complete Clutch Kit with Bell Stage6 Sport Pro Piaggio / Peugeot.

Clutch and bell fit perfectly together, and a complete set of springs (3 x 3 springs) for tuning is also included. Ideal kit for original and sport set-ups.

Performance clutch S6 Sport Pro

The popular Sport Pro clutch from Stage6 has been established on the market for years and is known for high durability and reliable clutch performance. The adjustable three-shoe clutch can be adjusted via different clutch springs and two detent points. Clutch shoes and retainer ring are reinforced, everything is held in place by screw-in bolts (not simple rivets with a tendency to get loose).

Wing Cooler Clutch bell S6

The Sport Pro is perfectly complemented by the Wing Cooler clutch bell from Stage6. The bell has a reinforced shell plus a patented cooling design. Air flow, and consequently cooling of the entire clutch, are improved by large cut-outs and additional ventilation slots. This results in extended clutch life and reduced clutch slippage when the engine is warm. The temperature of the bell is significantly lowered, resulting in less energy loss and therefore more power. In addition, the inside of the bell was blasted to increase the grip of the clutch linings.

Stage6 clutch springs

There are also 3x sets of clutch springs from Stage6 (hard / soft / medium), with which you can adjust clutch engagement point. Harder clutch springs result in holding off clutch engagement the engine reaches higher rpm which in turn leads to better take-offs. The springs should match the engine's power band and performance.

Stage6 Sport Pro

The Sport Pro series from Stage6 consists of various CVT components. The variator, clutch, V-belt and complete kit are designed for sport and racing setups.

Stage6 has revised shapes and materials to improve the performance of the CVT compared to the original and to adapt it to the performance increase after installing a sport cylinder.

The proper functioning of the clutch is essential for the smooth operation of scooters, mopeds and motorcycles.

A clutch kit usually consists of friction plates that are coated with sintered metal or aramid fibers, plain steel discs and clutch springs. The friction material of the clutch discs is designed for high loads due to heat and wear to ensure optimum adhesion at all times.

For lubrication of all clutch components, we recommend using 2-stroke gear oil or 4-stroke oil. The oils not only lubricate, but also dissipate the heat generated by friction and help reduce premature wear of the clutch plates.
