Description
Yasuni Carrera 100 high-end racing exhaust
Extremely powerful high-end exhaust for advanced 100cc tuning setups from Yasuni, for Minarelli and Piaggio 50cc with 100cc engines. The exhaust was specially developed for the newer tuning crankcases such as the Malossi C-One / RC-One, 2Fast or Ottopuntouno 8.1.
The new 100cc exhaust is the latest result of intensive development work in the racing sector. Developed specifically for scooters with powerful 100cc cylinders such as the 8.1 R-18 racing cylinder, this system is aimed at ambitious tuners who want to get the most out of their setup.
Yasuni C100 - Performance
Depending on the setup, the system can push output up to 38 hp, making it one of the most powerful options on the market for 100cc scooters. To reach its full potential, it must be paired with the right cylinder and other high-end tuning components—this isn’t a plug-and-play part for mild builds.
The exhaust is handcrafted from high-quality carbon steel, a material known for its excellent heat resistance and resonance characteristics. It features a precisely segment-welded expansion chamber and a black aluminum silencer. Like many true high-performance systems, it comes unpainted to preserve optimal resonance behavior. This means you’ll need to maintain it regularly with oil, e.g. 2-stroke oil, to prevent surface rust.

Exhaust scooter, moped, motorcycle
The exhaust has a major influence on the performance of scooters and mopeds. By replacing the original with a tuning exhaust, you can improve the gas flow and increase the engine power.
exhaust parts
- The headpipe or header is the connection between cylinder and exhaust, and an exhaust gasket provides the necessary seal. In street-legal systems, the headpipe is equipped with a legally required restriction. Some people remove this restrictor to increase power.
- The actual exhaust body or expansion chamber is connected to the header pipe. In a classic 2-stroke expansion chamber type exhaust, gas pressure waves are used to improve engine performance.
- At the end there us the silencer or muffler that discharges the exhaust gases and, with the help of damping wool, also reduces the noise generated by the vehicle.
Replacing the exhaust
As a general rule, please check if the exhausts fits BEFORE REMOVING THE RESTRICTOR, otherwise the exhaust cannot be returned.
For 2-stroke engines, various settings and components usually need to be adjusted when the original exhaust is replaced with a tuning version. These changes include:
- Adjusting the carburetor by replacing the main jet.
- Upgrading the clutch or replacing the clutch springs.
- For scooters, it may be necessary to reduce the weight of the variator weights.

Tuning Level: High End racing
We categorize our products into different performance levels Original, Sport, Racing and High End , so that our customers can choose the right parts for their setup. It is really important to combine parts that belong to the same tuning level, this is especially true for cylinders, crankshafts and exhausts.
High End Racing products are exclusively designed for racing and should only be handled by tuning pros with the appropriate technical know-how. High-end racing parts often require modifications or machining of certain elements to accommodate the often larger components (larger crank webs, larger intake, etc.). Whether you stick with 50cc or increase the displacement, high-end racing parts offer much higher performance than the original parts and are the most powerful tuning parts.
Note: To ensure the reliability of the engine, it is important that the parts are compatible and that you do regular maintenance on your two-wheeler.
