L’allumage

L’allumage est un système complet, composé d'une bougie provoquant l’étincelle qui enflamme les gaz dans la chambre de combustion, d'une bobine servant à produire les hautes tensions nécessaires à la création de l'étincelle et d'un système de commande de l'allumage appelé boitier CDI. Dans un cylindre, le mélange air/essence contenu doit subir une élévation de température pour s’enflammer. C´est à ce moment là que l’allumage entre en action. L’inflammation du mélange ... est provoquée par une étincelle qui jaillit entre les électrodes d’une bougie placée dans la chambre de combustion. L’énergie dissipée par l’étincelle élève localement la température du mélange et provoque ainsi son inflammation, provoquant la combustion dans le cylindre.

Allumages à avance fixe ou variable

Nous proposons des bougies et antiparasites commercialisés par Motoforce et NGK pour tous types d’usage à très bons prix. Nos bobines et boîtiers CDI d’un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel sont disponibles pour la plupart des 50cc.
Sur les deux-roues 50cc, les constructeurs montent des allumages à avance fixe, c'est-à-dire que l’étincelle se produit toujours au même moment. Ces allumages fonctionnent avec le faisceau électrique d’origine et ne nécessitent aucun calage particulier.
Sur les engins aux configurations plus poussées, nous conseillons de monter des allumages à avance variable. Equipés d’une platine, d’un rotor et d’un stator plus léger, ces allumages conçus pour la compétition permettent au moteur de mieux réagir aux changements de gaz. Leur bobine procure une étincelle forte jusqu’à 20.000 t/min. Déclinés en version analogique comme le Italkit Selettra, le moment où se produira l’étincelle sera toujours le même.
A l’inverse, avec un allumage digital, comme l’allumage Digital Stage 6 à rotor interne, le Malossi MHR ou le MVT digital, le moment où se produira l’étincelle variera selon le régime moteur.
