Allumage à rotor interne : l'allumage racing par excellence

Dans le monde de la préparation moteur, on retrouve généralement des allumages à rotor interne (surtout pour les moteurs deux temps de petite cylindrée). C'est le cas sur les scooters, les motos 50cc et même certains maxiscooters ou motos 125cc.

Nous proposons des allumage racing pour les moteurs les plus répandus du marché, tels que Minarelli AM6, Derbi Euro 2 / Euro 3, Minarelli vertical / horizontal ou encore Piaggio, mais aussi pour des moteurs plus rares (en particulier du côté des mobylettes vintage).

Avantages de l'allumage à rotor interne

Le grand avantage du rotor interne par rapport au rotor externe standard, c'est sa légèreté. En effet, avec une masse en rotation inférieure, les petits moteurs deux-temps ont plus de facilité à prendre du régime et monter dans les tours. On obtient alors des accélérations plus franches, et on atteint plus rapidement la plage de régime haute où le moteur fonctionne le mieux.

Généralement, quelque soit le type de rotor, l'étincelle produite par un allumage racing est beaucoup plus forte et plus constante qu'un allumage standard. le calage est soit optimisé, soit réglable pour répondre à vos attentes.

La plupart des allumages sont fournis avec un CDI correspondant, avec des courbes d'allumage soigneusement préprogrammées pour ajuster le calage de l'allumage.

Nous disposons de nombreux modèles haut de gamme tels que MVT Digital Direct et MVT Premium, Malossi MHR Team 2, Polini Evolution PVL, Italkit Selettra PVL et Curva, Bidalot Factory et notre modèle phare de Stage6 R/T.

Avec ou sans éclairage

Malgré leur vocation de compétiteur, certains allumages tuning (à rotor interne ou non) assurent tout de même l'alimentation en énergie pour les phares ! C'est le cas par exemple des célèbre MVT DD, Premium et Millenium, qui produisent un courant de 12V pour l'électronique de bord. C'est également le cas des allumages Malossi Power pour cyclo.

Le gros avantage est naturellement de pouvoir rouler de nuit, et conserver le fonctionnement des clignotants sur route (même si vous devriez savoir que ce type d'allumage n'est pas homologué !).

Conseil de pro :

Si vous investissez dans un tel allumage, c'est que vous avez déjà alloué un certain budget à votre préparation. N'hésitez donc pas à investir également dans une bougie racing et un antiparasite racing neufs !

Et naturellement : réglez votre carburateur en conséquence, à l'aide de gicleurs !!
